CENOTE AKTUN-HA

Better known as «CARWASH» is located 8 km. outside Tulum on the road bound to Coba.

This Cenote Aktun ha has a big open water area, it is widely used for cavern and cave diving training, it has a beautiful room with nice speleothems (stalactites and stalagmites) some tree branches and trees have fallen near the cavern entrance.      There is a great view as you are coming out of the cavern area into the open water area where you can see the fallen trees. The daylight and what appears to be a green grassy area are definitely an amazing diving spot.

CASA CENOTE

Also known as Cenote Manatee. Located 13 km from Carwash connects one of the largest underwater cave systems in the world, «NOHOCH NA CHICH», to the Caribbean Ocean. This place is very popular for snorkelers and divers specially for training purposes. The river flows for about 160 meters to the surface on a mangrove marshland, what we explore, and continues underground for more than 100 meters into the ocean ( only seen by the surface).    

There is a small parking lot, a great seafood restaurant (with toilets) just across the road with a magnificent ocean view.

    DREAMGATE / TAJMA HA

    CENOTE TAJMA-HA 

    This beautiful Cenote has much to offer to cavern and cave divers.  This place is situated 28km North of Tulum. The cavern dives take the diver from the entrance to a wide room underneath an air filled bat cave. Air dome points of light where natural light enters through holes in the ceiling and penetrates into the water like laser light beams.  this extraordinary Cenote is a spectacular site to do a cavern dives and for cave divers there are upstream and downstream lines with beautiful rock formations and amazing halocline definitely one of the most favorite places to go diving in this area.  Great place for experienced open water divers (+25 dives) and Advanced  divers. 

     

    CENOTE DREAMGATE 

    This is the most decorated cenote dive cavern in the area, it is a real dream to dive here. Is mandatory to have advanced diving skills.  In this place speleothems( stalactites and stalagmites) are everywhere around and it is easy to break them if we are not careful or dont have a good buoyancy.   Dive here is a lifetime experience.

      JARDIN DEL EDEN/TAKBEHA

      CENOTE JARDIN DEL EDEN

      Better known as Cenote «PONDEROSA» is located 20km from Tulum. A very beautiful Cenote with a  large open water area with pristine waters and a green algae bottom that looks like a carpet.  This place is very popular for snorkeling and cave diving training. The cavern dive is fantastic!!!   huge rooms, most of the dive is illuminated by the natural sunlight and you can also see beautiful halocline.  perfect place for first cavern dives with a maximum depth of 16 meters.

       

      Takbeha

      25 minutes from the Jardin del Eden, behind the Dos Ojos cenote, is another jewel of the cenotes. A beautiful cavern with fascinating formations, with a diving profile that will demand all your buoyancy skills in the most fun and safe way.

        Reef PUERTO MORELOS

            DOS OJOS

            The most recommended dive for your first cavern dive. We will play with sunlight and darkness on the Barbie Line, and then we will go inside to see the wonderful columns in the Bat Cave. If you have an Open Water Certificate and it has been less than two years since your last dive, let’s go! If not, don’t worry let´s do a refresh 😉

            CENOTE DOS OJOS

            Cenote Dos Ojos one of the most emblematic Cenote in all Mexico is big, beautiful a small paradise in the jungle with crystal clear shallow freshwater with big wide rooms and incredible rock formations and speleothems (stalactites and stalagmites) all around the cavern area a breathtaking experience.  this underground river system is considered one of the longest ones with around 80 km of caves and rooms today is part of the biggest system in the world. Sac Aktun with over 300km.  Thanks to a connection made in 2018. 

            Diving here is a lifetime experience, breathtaking,  an unforgettable experience.
